The Lodge at Cowhide Cove Lake Greeson is located just 10 minutes from Murfreesboro, Ar. Home of the Crater of diamonds state park. The only public diamond mine in the world. Cowhide cove is also a public park on Lake Greeson that has walking trails, play ground, swimming beach, fishing, and boat ramp all just a short walk/drive from the house. Less than 5 minutes you can have your boat in the water. The house was built ourselves, and was finished in 2017. The house has 2 queen size bedrooms, downstairs with a full bath. One bedroom upstairs is a bunk room with 6 queen size beds and a full bath. The large screened in back porch with picnic table and outdoor sectional make for a great time with family and friends. There is a deer feeder in the backyard and are always deer and other wildlife to watch. Inside enjoy the open vaulted ceilings with the large leather sectional and gas fireplace for those chilly nights. The house is fully stocked with all cooking utensils, ice maker, Fridge/freezer and outdoor grill/fire pit. NEW outdoor seating with fire pit, lights!
We are only a 10 minute drive from Swaha marina were you can rent boats, pontoons, and jet skis, or bring your own and launch yourself at cowhide. Lake Greeson is known as one of the best crappie lakes in Arkansas. There is also the bear creek cycle trail that surrounds Lake Greeson. Atv, side by sides, and motorcycles are welcome. During the winter and fall months trout fishing is some of the best below the dam on the Little Missouri River. There is so much to enjoy in the vacinity or just relax at the house. Whatever you decide we would love to have you stay in our home.

Summary: There is a lot of room for a family to stay and enjoy. We loved the openness of the house. You can hear every movement in the house. But overall a great house!

Summary: We came down for a weekend getaway with three couples and two kids and had a great time. The cabin is fantastic. Great size, location, amenities, everything. The ONLY thing that wasn’t “perfect” was the shower water pressure. Every other aspect was amazing. We will definitely look at renting this place again for future trips!

Summary: We recently moved from Texas to TN away from all of our adult children (sad face). This house was a good practical distance for us to travel and meet up for the holiday. The house was fully stocked with literally everything we could ever need. *side note-electricity must’ve been out because time was flashing on the stove and it took a minute for water heater to warm first batch of hot water. Once that was ready we NEVER ran out of hot water* That’s a big deal with 12 people! Extended family stayed at the Lake Greeson Corps of Engineers park and we could walk back and forth to their campsites very easily. Bunkbeds were a little uncomfortable for our bigger kids, but I bet they are great for small kids. The area is pretty far from anything so bring your groceries in and plan to relax. We loved it!

Summary: we had a great time staying at this cabin! It was 13 of us & we didn't feel cramped at all!! The beds were super comfy!! Will be planning another trip in the fall!

Summary: The home was lovely and had most everything one expects when renting a cabin. Only issue if you even want to call it an issue was we never could find where the propain tank was for the propain grill's and fire pit.
